Amending Section 2805 of title 10, United States Code to allow the Secretary concerned to carry out minor military
construction projects up to $2,000,000 and projects intended solely to correct a deficiency that is life- threatening, health
threatening, or safety-threatening, costing equal to or less than $4,500,000.
Recommendation: These amounts have been increased multiple times since this resolution was submitted. FY24 NDAA set minor military construction limit at $4M and Unspecified Minor Military Construction limit at $9M. These limits are sufficient for the current requirements.
