Recommendation:
The enlisted force structure needs to be preserved at a level that allow both a full time and Traditional Guardsman the opportunity to grow professionally, while the ANG retains the talent and skill required to fight our nations wars. Any Enlisted Grade Reviews (EGR) performed by the ANGRC needs to provide a clear path for career progression opportunities to the rank of E-9. EGR implementation shall be delayed until each enterprise can accomplish an impact analysis for consideration.
