Proposal: Establishing an Air Terminal Function at all RPA Wings without an active flying mission in order to (IOT) reestablish the capability to receive and deploy troops and equipment UTCs via Mission Readiness Aircraft (MRA) from military ramp space in support of (ISO) state and federal taskings. Further, it would provide extant capability to ship/receive via MRA larger GCE/RPA components or support future Launch and Recovery Element (LRE) requirements.
